She is solution-oriented and brings pragmatism, enthusiasm and empathy to all her interventions, whether working within a company or working directly with executive management personnel. Karin HARDER passionately believes in the necessity of promoting ethics and best practices in HR, as well as a leadership style that’s more inclusive and considerate. This is a passion she has cultivated throughout her 20-year career in human resources and consulting.

Karin made the decision to become a freelancer in 2010, after 12 years of holding various operational and managerial positions in startups, SMEs, non-profit organizations and major multinational groups, such as Mercer and Stryker, where she developed solid expertise in change management, employee motivation and team-building.

She guides and supports executives and their teams in their deliberations and decision-making efforts to ensure organizational development or during transformation projects presenting strong personal challenges. She provides assistance in areas as diverse as developing talent, realizing potential, formulating HR strategy, adding value and improving the efficiency of the HR function, and supporting and guiding the creation of businesses.
